AUBURN – Helen A. (Stepenski) Lebel, 88, formerly of 667 Washington Street, died Saturday, August 16 in the Life Care Center of Auburn.
Her husband of 62 years, Louis R. Lebel Sr. died in 1998. She leaves a son Louis R. Lebel Jr. of Sturbridge; two daughters Carol A. Daniel and Ann M. Dumont both of Douglas; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was born in Lincon, Maine daughter of Charles and Alexandra (Yeskivitch) Stepenski and graduated from Commerce High School.
Mrs. Lebel was a member of St. Bernard’s Church, Worcester. She was a waitress for Kendall Catering Company in Fitchburg and worked as a waitress at the Worcester Club for many years before retiring.
The funeral will be held on Monday, August 18 in St. Bernard’s Church, 228 Lincoln Street, Worcester with a mass at 11 AM. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester.
