Theresa (Moscaritolo) DiRienzo, of Malden, formerly of Roslindale, died Thursday at the Woburn Nursing Center.
Mrs. DiRienzo was born in Boston, the daughter of the late Giuseppe and the late Colomba (Minichiello) Moscaritolo.
Mrs. DiRienzo retired in 1971 from the Stop & Shop in Dorchester as a Meat Wrapper, and prior to that she was Dipper for the Former Royal Confectionery on Tyler St. in Boston for 20 years. After her retirment in 1971 she was a seasonal worker for the IRS in Boston. Theresa was also a dedicated volunteer for the Malden Hospital for 20 years.
She was the wife of the late Massimino DiRienzo. She Leaves her son Paul and his wife Marie. She also leaves her two grandaughters Lori Ann and Dianna.
She was the sister of the late Margaret Cerrone, Michael Moscaritolo, Nunzio Moscaritolo, and Antoinette Martello.She also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may visit Monday from 4 thru 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford.
A Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church, Malden, will be celebrated Tuesday at 9 AM.
Burial will follow at St. Michael Cemetery, Roslindale.
