Timothy Alan Semler, age 49, Clarksville, died on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at his residence. Visitation will be held from 5pm-8pm on Sunday, September 13 and from 12pm until the time of the service on Monday. Funeral services will be held at 2pm Monday, September 14 @ the Neal-Tarpley Chapel. Tim was born on January 15, 1960, in Findlay, Ohio. A graduate of Northwest High School, he was employed for twenty one years as a production scheduler at A.O. Smith. Survivors include his parents, R. Lanny Semler and Betty Alspach Semler (Clarksville), wife Diane Cole Semler, sons Robert Alan Semler and Ryan Cole Semler, three sisters, Cathy Anderson (Springfield), Pamela King (Clarksville), and Patti Keatts (Clarksville); a brother, Robert “Bob” Semler (Murfreesboro), and many more family and friends. Pallbearers will be Richard Berry, Robert Sponseller, Ricky Jennette, Mike Birthrong, Chris Bagwell, and Jeff Jensen. An avid bowler, members of his bowling team will serve as honorary pallbearers.
