John J. “Jack” Cronin, 50, of Brockton, died September 8, 2009 after a period of failing health.
Jack was raised in Brockton and was the beloved son of the late Gloria (Giuliano) Cronin.
He graduated from Brockton High School Class of 1977. An avid sports fan, he was a great golfer and he enjoyed playing baseball and hockey in his earlier years.
He was employed by the City of Brockton, Public Properties Department for over 25 years. He was a member of the Laborers International Union.
He is survived by his father John “ Joe” and step-mother Evelyn Cronin of Brockton,
he was the brother of Jane Feroli and her husband Gregg of Bridgewater and Katherine Graham and her husband Jack of Pembroke. Uncle to Greg and Jessica Feroli and Jameson, Madeline and Emerson Graham. He also leaves his Murphy and Jones cousins and friends. He will be sadly missed by all.
Friends and relatives are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours Sunday, Sept. 13th from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont St. (RT 123) Brockton.
Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home will be on Monday Sept. 14 at 8:00 a.m. Funeral mass is at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to The Under the Tree Foundation. It is non-profit foundation, close to the family’s heart, which was started by Jackie's cousin's son.
