WORCESTER – Mr. Peter A. Brindisi Jr., 75, passed away Tuesday September 8th at his home surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his loving wife of forty-eight years, Mrs. Nancy (Saksa) Brindisi of Worcester, two sons, Peter A. Brindisi III and wife Karen of Worcester, Rick Brindisi and his wife Nicole of Charlton; a daughter, Jane Crevier of East. Providence, R.I.; three sisters, Janette R. Comeau of Shrewsbury, Mary C. Neddo and her husband Bob, of Shrewsbury, Rose Ricci and her husband Joe of Worcester; a brother, Joseph A. Brindisi of Leominster; nine grandchildren, Heather Brindisi, Sarah Crevier, Matthew Brindisi, Joseph Crevier, Ryan Brindisi, Jonathan Brindisi, Jake Crevier, Emily Brindisi, and Tyler Brindisi, also many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Mr. Brindisi was pre-deceased by his brothers, Frank, Domenic A., Jerry A., and Salvatore Brindisi.
He was born February 22, 1934 in Worcester, Massachusetts a son of the late Peter A. Brindisi Sr. and Rose(Vegnone) Brindisi.
A lifelong resident of Worcester, Mr. Brindisi was a graduate of St. Stephen’s School and a parishioner of St. Stephen’s Parish.
He served his country in the Army and was honorably discharged in 1957. Following the service, Mr. Brindisi attended and graduated as a Master Barber from the Mass. School of Barbering on January 11, 1960.
He began his career as a barber, working for several local shops. In the early 1970’s, he went to work for General Motors for seventeen years.
Following his work at General Motors, he worked at the Holden Barber Shop for the last several years up until his retirement.

His funeral will be held Saturday September 12th from FAZIO FUNERAL HOME, 9 Branch St. Worcester, at 10:30am with a prayer service to follow in the Funeral Home at 11:30 am.
