Robert G. Dionne, 66, of Merrimack, died September 7, 2009 at his home, following a long illness.
He was born in Manchester, May 7, 1943, and was the son of Theodore, and Irene (Martineau) Dionne.
He was a member of the class of 1962 from Manchester High School Central. For eighteen years Robert, worked as a route man for Blakes Creamery. Later and for eighteen years he worked for Cagans vending.
He enjoyed baseball, playing cards, and traveling. Since his retirement Robert enjoyed the company of his grandchildren.
IN HIS LIFE; Family members include his wife of 43 years, Lorraine (Goudreau) Dionne, of Merrimack; a daughter, Susan Gosselin, and her husband, Gary of Manchester; a son, Robert T. Dionne, of Merrimack; 3 grandchildren, Emily, Adam, Ryan; a brother, Richard Dionne, of Bradford; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Funeral Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at St. Marie Church, Notre Dame Ave. Friday, September 11, 2009.
Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, Goffstown Rd. Manchester.
