James F. “Bud” Lee, 76 of Medford, died Sunday after a long illness in the Wakefield Care & Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Medford, he was a lifelong resident and the son of the late Helen (Ward) and James Lee. James was a Troubleman with Mass Electric for 39 years and retired in 1993. He served during the Korean war in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955 and was a member of the American Legion Post 45, Medford and the Irish American Club, Malden.
Beloved husband of Ann (Raffa) Lee. Devoted father of James, Donna, Michael, Kevin, Karen Lee, Kathleen McGaffigan and her husband Kevin all of Medford, John Lee and his wife Marilyn of Lynnfield. Loving grandfather of Jaclyn, John, Justin, Jillian, Shawna, Kylie, Brett and Colin. Brother of Helen Critch and the late Robert G. Lee.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Thursday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Wednesday 4 - 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
