Donald E. DUFFY,, 64, of Eastman Street, died Friday in RI Hospital, Providence.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Edward J. and Marion (Fitzpatrick) Duffy. He had lived in Warwick previously living in Providence. He had graduated from Devine World Seminary in Conesus, NY were he served as a religious brother. He was a platemaker for 30 years with the Allied Printing Group before retiring.
Uncle as he was known to his family and friends put his family and friends before himself and was known for his generosity toward them.
He leaves his siblings, Eugene Duffy of Canton, MA and Florence Duffy of Johnston. He also leaves many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Harold, Edward, James, Arthur and Kenneth Duffy and Ellen Dean.
