CHURCH, JOHN SAMUEL JR., 70, of Louisville, passed away Friday, August 28, 2009.
He was retired from Brown & Williamson and was an Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, John S. Church III and his loving wife of 29 years, Barbara Church.
He is survived by his daughters, Neala Livers (Hank) and Tina Walker (Brian); grandchildren, Amanda Walker-Sosh (Wes), Brian David Walker, Matthew Livers (Stacey), Andrew Livers and Katie Livers; one great grandchild on the way; brother, Arthur Church (Melissa); and uncle, Earl Church.
His service will be Monday, 11 a.m. at the chapel at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West with burial to follow. Visitation will be Sunday, 2-8p.m. and Monday, after 10 a.m. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
