Sister of the late John, James, Betty, George and Thomas Welsh and Rose O’Neill. Sister in law of Rosemary Welsh. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and great grandchildren Angelina Placentino and the late Anthony Placentino as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
