Stettenbenz, Robert R., 82, passed away Wednesday at his residence.
He was born in Louisville, KY to W. R. & Celesta (Alcorn) Stettenbenz. He was married to Norma Jean (Peck) Stettenbenz for 58 years, she died January 26, 2002.
He was retired from the "Old" Belknap Hardware as Head of Will Call, after 42 years of service, and was a WW II Navy Veteran. He was a member of VFW Mill Creek Post # 5421 and American Legion Post # 220.
Survivors include his Son: Charles D. Stettenbenz & his wife Yvonne; 2 Grand Children: Dana & Todd Stettenbenz.
Funeral Service Saturday (8/22/09) 10:00 AM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy, with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West Mausoleum.
Visitation: Friday 3 - 9 PM.
