.Joanne Evelyn McKee (Davis), of Plymouth formerly of Marshfield, passed away peacefully on August 8th at the age of 70 with her loving family by her side. She is survived by her children Debra “Debbie” Moore and her husband Ronnie of Keller, TX and Richard “Rick” McKee and his wife Kim of Plymouth. Her great legacy is her 5 beautiful and cherished grandchildren David, Caitlin, and Joshua Yonis and Liam and Finn McKee who all loved their “Nana” very, very much. She also leaves her brothers Pat Davis of Marshfield, Don Davis of AZ and Chuck Davis of Mashpee. She was the sister of the late Linda Harrington, and daughter of her dear-departed mother, Pauline Davis, and father, Charles Davis. “Jo” graduated from Whitman-Hanson High School and much later, from Bridgewater State College with her bachelor’s degree, earned while working full-time and as a single mother raising her children. Joanne traveled cross country and across Europe on motorcycles, and was a voracious reader, coffee-drinker, and crossword-puzzler. There was nothing so precious to her than spending time with her adored grandchildren. Joanne loved, and remains deeply loved by her many friends and family. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 12th at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Rd (Rt 3A), Plymouth (Manomet) at 12 PM. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home from 10 AM to 12 PM prior to the funeral service.
