Anna Lorine Bennett Buhler, 80, Clarksville, died Monday, August 3, 2009, at Sterling House Assisted Living. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Charles Boren officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Lorine was born June 3, 1929 in Crossville, TN daughter of the late William Bennett and Dorothy Dayton Bennett. Ms. Buhler was a retired school teacher and real estate agent. She received her Masters in Education from Austin Peay University and taught at Woodlawn, Byrns Darden, Ringold, Greenwood, Clarksville High, and the Academy For Academic Excellence. She was a member of N.E.A/TEA, and DAR organizations. She was a retired Real Estate Agent with Dabbs Realators. She was a member of Hilldale United Methodist Church. Survivors include son Mark (Tracy) Buhler, Dickson, TN; daughter, Debbie (Danny) McCullough, Douglasville, GA; sisters, Dorothy Bernice Bennett Sawyer, Franklin, TN; and Joanne Bennett Witt, Powder Springs, GA; grandchildren, Megan (Tony) Cipriani, Sara McCullough, Amie McCullough, Brandon Buhler and Lori Buhler; step-grandson, Matthew Keller; step great-grandsons, Ethan Keller and Cole Keller; several nieces and nephews, and several grand nieces and grand nephews. Pallbearers will be Danny McCullough, Pat Sawyer, Merle Glasgow, Drew Buhler, William Brandon Buhler, and Michael Yagadics.
