Evans, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, July 29, 2009, Mrs. Melba Corbin Lees, 82, wife of the late Wayne Lees.
Mrs. Lees was a native of Thomson, GA and lived in the Augusta area most of her life. She was a member of Denmark SC Baptist Church.
Family members include her daughter: Charlene Wasden (Terry) of Evans, GA; son: Charles J. Adams III of Evans, GA; grandchildren: Toni O’Quinn (Bart), Traci Wasden, Samantha Adams, Lindsey Couture (Brian) ; great-grandchildren: Forest O’Quinn, Sage O’Quinn, Dez O’Quinn; brother: Ernie Corbin (Vergie) of Bamberg, SC and sisters: Sara Holland of Dublin, GA and a number of nieces and nephews.
A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 11:00 AM in Bamberg County Memorial Gardens, Inc., Bamberg, SC with Rev. Andy Hunter officiating.
