PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL - Krystal L. Michalik, 23, of Panama City Beach, FL, formerly of Newark, DE and Lowell, died unexpectedly Thursday morning July 23, 2009, in Florida from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born in Muskegon, MI on November 12, 1985, she was the daughter of Donna (Michalik) Fink and her husband John of Newark, DE. She received her early education in the Lowell school system prior to moving to Delaware where she finished her education at Middleton High School.
Krystal had recently moved to Florida from Delaware and was working as a waitress and pursuing a career in Cosmetology.
In her free time she enjoyed working with children, cheer leading, relaxing at the beach, and was a fashion enthusiast. Krystal had a zest for life by living it to its fullest. She touched many people's lives with her beautiful smile, charismatic personality and positive attitude. She would brighten any room she entered and left a lasting impression on all those who met her. She truly cherished time in the company of her friends and family.

In addition to her mother and step father, she is survived by her maternal grandmother Kazimiera Michalik of Lowell, aunts, uncles, many dear cousins and friends, her father Ralph Maldonado of Florida, and her step sister Jasmine Maldonado also of Florida.

Her Funeral will be held from the funeral home on Wednesday at 9 AM followed by her Funeral Mass celebrated at 10 AM in Holy Trinity Church, High St., Lowell.
