Matthew T. Bouchard, 26, died July 24, 2009 following a brief illness.
He was born in Manchester, the son of Denis and Caren (Czaja) Bouchard. He recently lived in Milford after residing in Manchester for most of his life.
He attended local schools and enjoyed playing baseball, hockey and going fishing.
IN HIS LIFE: He is survived by his son, James Ronald Bouchard and his son’s mother, Melissa Boggs of Manchester; his mother, Caren Bouchard of Manchester; a sister, Michelle Bouchard of Manchester; He was predeceased by his father, Denis Bouchard in 1992.
A memorial service was held Tuesday, July 28, 2009 in the funeral home chapel. Burial was at a later date.
