Fall River - John Butler, 49, of Fall River died July 20, 2009 at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Butler was born in Fall River, son of the late James F. and Roseailene R. (Rutz) Butler. John worked as a chef at Millstone Nuclear Power Plant in Connecticut. He loved animals, the outdoors, socializing with friends and meeting new ones.
Survivors include 2 sisters: Jane Simons of Fremont, CA and Diane M. Mello of Fall River; 2 brothers: James Butler of Westport, MA and Kenneth J. Butler of New London, CT.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, 6-7:30 P.M. followed immediately by funeral services at 7:30 P.M.
