Cynthia King Ptak, 49, of North Charleston, widow of Steven C. Ptak, died Saturday, July 18, 2009 at her residence.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for Mrs. Ptak on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 2 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, 303 S. Main Street, Summerville. Burial will be private.
Mrs. Ptak was born December 11, 1959, daughter of Donna Ruppert King of Myrtle Beach and the late Rayvon Wallace King.

Survivors, including her mother, are one daughter; Nicholle Ptak of North Charleston and one son; Steven Ptak of North Charleston and one sister; Cheryl Nichter of Florida.
