Rina Guy 95, formerly of One Main St. Woonsocket, died Saturday in St. Antoine Residence in North Smithfield. She was the wife of the late Aurelien Guy. Mrs. Guy was born in Woonsocket a daughter of the late Joseph and Odila (Lague) Jalbert.
Mrs. Guy was a homemaker, she was a member of the St. Joseph Sr. Citizens, and Holy Family Christian Group.
She was the beloved mother of a son, Paul Guy of Woonsocket and his wife Beatrice, a son- in -law Harold Prentice of Richmond,IL, nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and one great great grand son. She was predeceased by a son Ronald Guy and a daughter Lillian Prentice. She was also the sister of the late George and Arthur Jalbert, Aurore Lefebvre, and Della Fisette.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Holy Family Church, South Main St. Woonsocket. Burial will be held in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham, MA. Visiting hour are Tuesday 6-8 PM.
