Jeanne Dorothy (Vadeboncoeur) Boeing, 85, of Marion, MA, on July 15, 2009. Beloved wife of John "Jack" E. Boeing, loving and devoted mother and grandmother of Peter Boeing and his wife Patricia and his son Carl of Concord, MA, Mark Boeing and his wife Lisa and their children Greg, Jenna, and Parker of Bedford, MA, Chris Boeing and his wife Lynne and their children Carrie, Meaghan, and Emily of Pepperell, MA, and Joanna Boeing Bratton and her husband Roxie and their children Hanna and Parker of Owings Mills, MD. Devoted great-grandmother of Camden, and several nieces and nephews.

Jeanne was born in Everett, MA, daughter of the late Dorothy (Charles) and Emile Vadeboncoeur. She graduated from Lexington High School, and attended Simmons College and Northeastern University. As a lifelong volunteer, she had a passion for birds, libraries, and her local communities, volunteering to band birds at the Manomet Center for Conservation Sciences, serve on the board of the Marion Council on Aging, volunteer at several libraries, and serve as a docent for the Lexington Historical Society. She was an avid reader, loved animals, had a love of travel, music, and gardening, and was a member of the bell choir at St. Gabriel’s Church.

Memorial Service at St. Gabriel’s Church, 124 Front Street, Marion, MA at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2009. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Manomet Center for Conservation Sciences, 81 Stage Point Road, P.O. Box 1770, Manomet, MA 02345 and the Marion Council on Aging, 2 Spring Street, Marion, MA 02738.
