Lynne M. Choquet, 49, of Fall River, died July 6, 2009 at home after a long illness.
Born in Pawtucket, RI, the daughter of Raymond and Theresa (Cassollo) Choquet of Sebastian, FL, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life.
Ms. Choquet was formerly employed at Bristol Community College in the Americorps/Vista Program. She was also a graduate of the College and had earned many honors there.
She was a volunteer for Treatment on Demand.
Survivors include her parents; her husband, Frederick Turner of Fall River; 4 daughters, Nicole West and Valerie Turner, both of New Bedford, Amanda Choquet of Somerset and Jennifer Canfield of Fall River; a brother, George Choquet of Swansea; her cousin and friend, Dale Almeida of New Bedford; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Milford and Dorothy James, of New Bedford; 3 grandchildren, Kayla West, Jessie Franco and Samantha Franco; and numerous cousins and aunts.
