Obituary

WORCESTER – Mrs. Virginia T. (Frissora) Carpenter, 86, passed away Thursday July 9th at UMass Memorial Hospital.

She is survived by her daughter, Virginia Rundlett of Worcester; her two sons, Thomas Aquino of Worcester, and Mark Aquino of Jamaica Plain, her, sister, Mary Locontore of Worcester; seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

Virginia was pre-deceased by her husband Cedric Carpenter, her former husband Michael Aquino, her brothers, Edward, and John Frissora, her sisters, Catherine Wilke, Anna Khan, and Clorinda Langwig.

Virginia was born March 1, 1923 in Springfield, Massachusetts a daughter of the late Innocenzo and Antonietta(DiBlasio) Frissora.

A lifelong resident of Worcester, Virginia was a graduate of David Hale Fanning Trade School for girls. She learned the art of food , catering and banquets. She worked at local bakeries and restaurants throughout the Worcester area.

A kind person who enjoyed poetry, community involvement and helping others.

A private funeral will be conducted on Virginia’s behalf, arrangements made through FAZIO FUNERAL HOME. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery
