BRUCE, Robert H., Jr.- Of Chelsea, July 11th. Devoted husband of Barbara (Clark). Beloved father of Robert H. Bruce, III of North Reading and Susan M. Bruce of Methuen. Brother of Martha Green of Londonderry, NH, Malcolm Bruce and his wife Mary and Frederick Bruce all of Chelsea, Caroline Gill and her husband Edward of Weymouth and the late Ethel Sullivan. Cherished grandfather of Christopher, Robert, Derek and Stephanie. Also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Wednesday, July 15th at 10 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Rose Church, 600 Broadway, CHELSEA at 11 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Born in Woburn and a longtime Chelsea resident, Robert who celebrated his 84th birthday on July 4th, passed away early Saturday morning at the Meadowview Care and Rehabilitation Center in North Reading where he had been recieving supportive care for the last 2 months.
