Patricia Anne (Sullivan) Guillette, 44 of Medway died suddenly July 8 in her home.
Born in Boston, December 29, 1964, the daughter of the late Edward J. and Patricia A. (Burlone) Sullivan, Mrs. Guillette was raised in Roslindale and had lived in Medway for the past 15 years.
She is survived by her children, Amanda, Robert and Travis Guillette of Medway.
She is also survived by her brothers, Frank Sullivan of South Attleboro, Edward Sullivan of Roslindale and Richard Sullivan of South Boston.
She was the sister of the late Michael and James Sullivan.
She is also survived by her grandson, Thomas Marra and her former husband, Robert Guillette.
Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 15 from the Ginley-Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St., Medway at 9:15 followed by a funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in West Roxbury.
Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the charity of one’s choice.
