Elizabeth “Betty” Studley (Lopresti), of Plymouth, passed away on July 5th at home after a courageous battle against cancer at the age of 77. Beloved wife of the late Karl Studley, she is survived by her children Karl E. Studley, Valerie B. White and her husband William P.and Dana F. Studley all of Manomet. She also leaves her brothers Phillip Lopresti of ME; Anthony Lopresti of TX and Alfred Lopresti of Plymouth, her sisters Donivee Vincent of Pembroke, Mary Lessard of Saugus and Alice Clanton of Beverly, her 3 grandchildren Mindy L. Studley, Megan B. and Andrew P. White and her 4 foster children Wendy, Wallace, Warren and Woodbury Smith. Sister of the late Millie Logan. Betty was born in Saugus and was raised and lived in Plymouth for most of her life, living within a ½ mile in Manomet. She graduated from Plymouth High School and was a member of the 2nd Church of Plymouth for over 50 years where she also taught Sunday School. She enjoyed making teddy bears and especially spending time with her family. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 9th at the 2nd Church of Plymouth at 10 AM followed by burial at Manomet Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Rd. (Rt 3A), Plymouth (Manomet) on Wednesday, July 8th from 6 to 9 PM.
