Jeffrey Thomas Brubaker, 50, Clarksville, died Sunday, July 5, 2009, at Vanderbilt Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Ward Carver officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home. The remains are to be cremated.
