Dear aunt of Theresa Jean Mulligan and her sons Brennan and Colin of St. Louis, MO, Mari Hayes LaCour and her son Douglas of Bronxville, NY, Angela Toliver of Washington, DC, and Houston Jackson, II of Tacoma, WA. Dear cousin of Geneva Williams and her sons Raymond and LaMar. Cecilia worked for 17 years at Abraham and Strauss until her retirement after 17 years. Always the socialite Cecelia enjoyed music, dancing, and traveling.
