Obituary

Jeannette R. Bousquet 83, of Providence Pike, North Smithfield, passed away Thursday in the Friendly Nursing Home. Born in Woonsocket, on December 22, 1925, Jeannette was the daughter of the late Leo J. and Yvonne (Plante) Bousquet. She was the co-owner of the former Bousquet's Market on Lincoln St., Woonsocket, with her brother, the late Leo P. Bousquet
Formerly of 323 South Main St., Woonsocket, she was a lifetime communicant of Holy Family Church . Jeannette loved people, enjoyed traveling, dancing and playing cards. She especially cherished spending time with her siblings and their spouses and her many nieces and nephews.
She is survived by six sisters; Pauline Godfrin and Rachel Bousquet both of North Smithfield, Helen Charpentier and Simone Bacon of Woonsocket, Agnes Dugas of Scarborough, ME, Germaine Cayer of Shrewsbury, MA and one brother, Gerard Bousquet of Lincoln. In addition to her late brother Leo, she is predeceased by a sister Marie Mombourquette. Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00AM from the Fournier and Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 in Holy Family Church, S. Main St. Interment will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham, MA. Visiting hours will be Monday 4-7PM.
