William E. LaCapria Sr., age 70 of Revere, died Wednesday in the Boston Medical Center, after a brief illness. Born in Boston, he was the son of Susan (Marotta) LaCapria and the late Elmo LaCapria.
He served in the Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was a Salesman, employed for many years at Thor Roofing of Medford, most recently for Carroll Roofing of Medford, retiring in 2001. William was the Treasurer at Malden DAV for many years. He was a Medford High School graduate.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Monday, January 14, at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 2 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
