Fairhaven – Mary Botelho 100, died peacefully at Our Lady’s Haven on June 30th. She was the loving mother of Roberta Cohn of Dartmouth, Judith Dickerson and Joseph Ferreira both of New Bedford and the late Norma Dean and William Ferreira. She is also survived by a brother, Alfred Sylvia of Acushnet and numerous grandchildren.
Mrs. Botelho was the daughter of the late Mary (Correia) and Manuel Sylvia. Mary was employed as a clerk at Mars Bargin Land until her retirement.
Mrs. Botelho’s funeral services will be at the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 2, 2009 from 9 A.M. til 11 A.M. with services beginning at 11 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
