Ronald A. Briere, 57, of Westport passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at the Lahey Clinic Hospital in Burlington, MA. He was born in Fall River, son of the late Armand and Doris (Longchamps) Briere. Mr. Briere earned his masters degree in Psychology and was a Psychologist for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He was the band leader and guitarist for the band “Loose Connections”. An avid fisherman, he was the captain of the Mud Hen III. He enjoyed gardening and tending to his animals.
Survivors include his brother: Richard R. Briere of Westport; his loving companion: Cheryl Theodore of Westport; 2 nieces and a nephew.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday, July 6, 2009 at the Potter Funeral Home at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Sunday 4 - 7 P.M.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
