Linda Ann Morris Mattes, 66, Hopkinsville, KY, died Monday, June 29, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born November 5, 1942 in Montgomery County, daughtr of the late Russell Norman Morris and Christy Joiner Mattes. Survivors include son, Carl Douglas Mattes, brother, Russell Boyd Morris, grandchildren, Amanda and Ariel Mattes. She was predeceased by brother, Danny Wayne Morris.
