Betty P. Robinson, 92, of Marion, MA died July 21, 2003 at St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness.
She was the daughter of the late William M. and Mabel L. (Gibbs) Robinson.
Miss Robinson was born in Cleveland, Ohio and lived in Cleveland for many years before moving to Franklin Lakes, NJ. She moved to Fairhaven in 2000 and Marion recently.
She was formerly employed as a nurse's aide in the Christian Health Care Center in Wyckoff, NJ. before retiring in 1983.
Miss Robinson was a gifted classically trained pianist who had a great love for classical music. She had a vivid memory of family genealogy. Betty was a very devoted loving aunt to all her nieces and nephews along with providing her patients with compassion and comfort. Many friends also knew her as "Ont Bet".
Survivors include 4 nephews, Edward Gibbs Robinson of Smyrna, GA, Dr. Perry W. Robinson of Ft. Lauderdale, Daniel F. Robinson of Marion, MA and David G. Robinson of Santa Fe, New Mexico; 4 nieces, Joan R. Sprouls of West Haven, CT, Suzanne J. Banks of Alpharetta, GA, Joyce G. Dirrman of Mentor, Ohio and Katheryn E. Gambatese of Richmond Heights, Ohio; 19 great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was the sister of the late William D. Robinson and Edward G. Robinson and aunt of the late Mark W. Robinson.
Her Funeral will be private.
