David B. Lotter of Chelsea passed away on June 17, 2009. He was 91 years old. Born in Boston, MA he was a life long resident of Chelsea. David graduated from Roxbury Memorial High School. He was a Manager of a Shoe Company prior to retirement.
David is an Army WWII veteran and a member of V.F.W. Post 2346 in Saugus. He was also a member of Malden Moose Club and Knights of Pythias Bellingham, Lodge #53. David was a life long member of Temple Emmanuel and the past president of the Temple Emmanuel Brotherhood.
David was the beloved husband for 69 years to the late Violet Lotter. He was the devoted father of Fredric R. Lotter and the late Bruce Lotter. David was the loving Grandfather of Jamie, Justin, Eric, and Regina. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A Graveside service will be held at the Agudos Shalom Cemetery, 232 Fuller St., Everett on Friday June 19 at 12:00 Noon. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
