Nancy Lynn Brandenburg, 70, a longtime resident of Derry, died Sunday at her home. Nancy was born in Columbus, OH, May 27, 1939 to the late Robert and Anne Hatwick and was a graduate of the St. Petersburg College in Florida. She worked at the Seven Rivers Community Hospital in Crystal River FL as a Laboratory Technician and more recently as a mutual clerk at the Rockingham Park in Salem. Mrs. Brandenburg was an avid horse lover and was an owner and trainer as well as a member of the Breyer Horse Collectors Club.
Nancy leaves her beloved children, Suzanna and David Jacobs and Charles Brandenburg, all of Ocala FL. She also leaves her cherished granddaughters, Deanne Jacobs and Dena Bongo and three great grand children. The funeral services will be held Sunday morning at 10:30a.m. at the Peabody Funeral Home and Crematorium, 15 Birch St. Derry. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until the time of the service.
