Keith Bowen, 51, of Irwinville, Georgia died Monday, June 15, 2009 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Thursday, June 18, at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Virgil Vickers officiating. Interment will follow in Irwinville Cemetery. Visitation will be held 7-9 Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
Mr. Bowen was born January 25, 1958 in Irwin County to Alton Bowen and Joyce Vickers Jones. He lived in Irwin County most of his life and was a former employee of the Huddle House in Fitzgerald. Mr. Bowen was a motorcycle enthusiast who loved his family and was of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Bowen is survived by his mother, Joyce Jones of Irwinville; father, Alton Bowen; brother and sister-in-law, Ray & Nelda Bowen of Irwinville; grandmother, Fannie Bowen of Albany and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jackie Bowen and stepfather, Carl Donald Jones.
