Joe Morgan Haley - 1931 Joe Morgan Haley, 77, Clarksville, died Sunday, June 14, 2009, at his residence. The funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Brewer, Bro. Tim May officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born November 21, 1931 in Clarksville, TN. He was the son of Joe Haley, Sr. and Louise Kelly Haley. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Korean War Veteran. He worked at Trane for thirty years. He was active in Greater Hope Ministries. He was a life member of the local 1296 of IAM union. He served as Vice-President for serveral years. He was dedicated to the Lord and to his family. Survivors include his wife of fifty-two years Frances Brake Haley; son, Kevin Haley; daughter, Donna (Tom) Dallas and a grandson, Joey Dallas all of Clarksville. He was prededed in death by a son Joey Haley, two brothers and seven sisters. Pallbearers will be Todd Brake, Steve Ford, David Blankenship, Paul Allen, Tico Jimenez, Ivan Rivera.
