Obituary

RAYMOND M. STUDLEY, 84, of Falmouth, formerly of Cohasset and Hingham, died on Thursday, June 11th, 2009 at the Falmouth Hospital. Mr. Studley was born and raised in Cohasset and was a Hingham resident for over 60 years before moving to Falmouth in 1985. He served with the United States Army during World War II, and after the war became a self-employed master electrician. For many years, Mr. Studley was the Wiring Inspector for the Town of Hingham. An active Mason, Mr. Studley was a Past Master of Old Colony Lodge of Hingham and a member of the former Womatuck Royal Arch Chapter, also in Hingham. He was devoted to his family and friends and was an avid fisherman.

He leaves his wife, Dorothy L. (Nardo) Studley of Falmouth and daughters; Roslyn S. Murray of Rowley, Evelyn M. Henderson of Falmouth and Geralyn S. Garvey of Prescott, AZ. Grandfather of Michael and Myles Murray, Dawn Henderson, Margaret and John Garvey, the late Marcus Murray and the late Eric Henderson. Also survived by his great grandson, Elijah Henderson.

The funeral services and interment are to be private. Visiting hours and flowers omitted by request. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the JML Adult Day Care Center, 184 Ter Heun Drive, Falmouth, MA 02540.
