Mary R. (Pariseau) Grady, 88, of Manchester died June 10, 2009 at St. Teresa Manor after a long illness.
Born in Manchester on September 2, 1920, she was the daughter of Henry J. and Margaret (Connolly) Pariseau Sr.. She was a graduate of West High School and was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
Mrs. Grady worked at Leavitt’s and Forest Hills department stores in Manchester for many years. She had volunteered as a Girl Scout leader.
She was married to James J. Grady Jr. who died in 1973.
IN HER LIFE: The family includes seven children, James J. Grady III of Morton, IL, Maryanne Gagner and her husband, Carl, of N. Attleboro, MA, Michael Grady of Indianapolis, IN, Patricia Deshaies and her husband, Ron, and Kathleen Belanger and her husband, Bob, all of Manchester, Maureen Gage and her husband, Jim, of Goffstown, and Jack Grady of Manchester; 21 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; two sisters, Geraldine Cross and her husband, Harry, of Manchester, and Theresa Pouliot of Goffstown; a sister in law, Norma Pariseau of Manchester, and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday, June 15, 2009 at St. Raphael Church, 103 Walker St., Manchester. Committal prayers followed at St. Joseph Cemetery, 448 Donald St., Bedford.
