Dudley..Gertrude H. (Kruzewski) Patterson, 90 , of 7 School St.,passed away Saturday,June 6,2009 at Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge. She leaves her husband of 56 years,Walter J. Patterson, one sister,J.Cecelia Majka of Dudley and several nieces and nephews.Gertrude was born in Dudley,daughter of Marcel and Mary (Wilga) Kruzewski and lived here all her life. She was predeceased by 3 sisters,Rose Rock,Irene N.Decelles, and Theresa A. Kruzewski and 4 brothers,Joseph,Louis,Edward and Chester Kruzewski.Gertrude was a communicant of St.Andrew Bobola Church,a past member of the Silver Dippers, and enjoyed dancing and sightseeing.She worked for many years and retired from the former Bentley Shoe Co. The funeral will be Tuesday,June 9,2009 with a Mass at 10:00 A.M. in St.Andrew Bobola Church,54 West Main St.in Dudley. Burial will be in St. Joseph Garden of Peace Cemetery in Webster. There will be a calling hour from 8:30 to 9:30 A.M.Tuesday,prior to the funeral Mass at the Robert J.Miller Funeral Home and Lake Chapel,366 School St.,in Webster.
