Survivors include her husband, David Blake, Clarksville, TN; two sons, Clinton Blake (Holly), Ashland City, TN; and David Blake (Brandie) Blake, Springfield, MO; three daughters, Kelley Brand (Terry), Marryville, MO; Debbie Decker (Steve), and Christia Decker (Tim), both of Springfield, MO; a sister, Tommie Lou Lashbrook (Richard), Port Charlotte, FL; fifteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
