Taunton, Allan Lacey, a former Taunton resident for many years, died Wednesday, May 20th 2009, at the New Bedford Rehabilitation Hospital, after a lengthy illness. He was 67 years of age. He was the son of the late Francis A. and Dolinda Orzechowski. He was born in Boston. Mr. Lacey resided at C.M.H.S. Community. Mr. Lacey had been disabled most of his life. He was known for his keen since of humor, he enjoyed western movies, and he was an accomplished artist. He will be sadly missed by all. Mr. Lacey was the nephew of Stanley and Mary Remillard. He also leaves close friends, attorney George Marlatte and attorney Barbara Mason.
Funeral Services will be held Friday at 11:30am at the Taunton Funeral Home 8 Crapo St (off Tremont St). Relatives and friends invited to attend. Burial at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
