BEVERLY: Louise P. Marshall, 50, died Tuesday, May 19, 2009 in the Salem Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Beverly on July 18, 1958, she was the daughter of John “Jack” C. Marshall of Beverly and the late Caryl F. (Keane) Marshall. She was a lifelong resident of Beverly and a graduate of Beverly High School class of 1977.
Louise was employed as an accounts payable clerk at Pet Edge in Beverly for the past fifteen years. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Rockport, where she played the hand bells and sang in the choir.
In addition to her father, she is survived by four sisters, Kathy Conlon, Jae Armenta and Ann Marie and her husband, Eric Murray all of Beverly and her twin sister, Lynda and her husband, David Gotts of Danvers, two aunts, Martha Schnier of Toms River, NJ and Barbara Yescalis of Beverly, many well loved nieces, nephews and cousins as well as many dear friends. She was also predeceased by her loving brother, John C. Marshall, Jr. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Her funeral services will be held on Saturday in the Grondin Funeral Home, 376 Cabot Street, Beverly at 10 a.m. Visiting hours will be held on Friday evening from 4 – 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the North Shore Cancer Center, 17 Centennial Dr., Peabody, MA 01960. Interment will be held in the Puritan Lawn Cemetery, W. Peabody.
