Worcester-Elaine F. Skantz, 90, passed away Tuesday, May 19. She leaves her loving sister, Muriel A. Skantz of Worcester. She was born in Worcester the daughter of Hjalmar E. and Anna G. (Maher) Skantz. Ms. Skantz worked at Heald Machine for 41 years retiring in 1983.
The funeral will be held Tuesday, May 26 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St with a Mass at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 25 Fales St. Interment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery. A visiting hour will be held from 8:30 to 9:30 AM on the morning of the funeral. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 25 Fales St., Worcester, MA 01606.
