HARE, ALICE ALBERTA
Alice A. Hare, 86, of Summerville, widow of Henry B. Hare, died Sunday, May 17, 2009 at Hospice of Charleston.
Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at 11 o’clock at Corinth Lutheran Church, Saluda, SC.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held this evening from 6 to 8 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, 303 S. Main Street, Summerville.
Mrs. Hare was born May 19, 1922 in Seneca, MD, daughter of the late Samuel Thomas Norris and Mamie A. Schwartzbeck Norris. Mrs. Hare enjoyed gardening. She was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Summerville and Corinth Lutheran Church in Saluda, SC. She worked as a Credit Investigator with Visa.

Survivors include one daughter; Carolyn Sires and her husband Gene of Summerville, one grandson; Andrew Sires of Columbia, one granddaughter; Alison Terry (Christopher) of Summerville, one great grandson; Noah Sires Terry of Summerville and three nephews; Charles Black of Prosperity, SC, Barry Sullivan of Greenville, SC and Pat Sullivan of Greensboro, NC.
