Virginia `Sugar` Durrett Senseney, 81, Clarksville, died Saturday, May 16, 2009, at her daughter's home. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Cynthia Talley and Rev. Dorothy Hartzog officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born February 14, 1928 in Montgomery County, daughter of the late Dawson Winfield Durrett and Mary Fessey Durrett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Senseney. She is survived by her previous husband, L.P. Buzz Marshall. She had been a medical assistant for Dr. Dawson Durrett, Dr. Malone, and Dr. Hampton. Survivors include her daughter, Fessey Marshall Hackney (Jerry), Clarksville; two step-daughters, Sandra Walker (Ricky), Clarksville; and Lisa Bermudez, Ft. Myers, FL; a step-son, Steve Senseney, Clarksville; a brother, Dr. Dawson Winfield Durrett, Jr (Pat), Clarksville; three grandchildren, Johnny Masters (Kim), Elizabeth Masters Webster, and Lauren Taylor Williams (Steven); four step-grandchildren, Todd Senseney (Melissa), Jason Senseney, Cassie Bermudez, and Rodney Shelton; ten great-grandchildren; and a special caregiver, Karen Thompson..
