Maria (Oliveira) de Melo, age 71, of Fall River, passed away May 14, 2009. Wife of Antonio de Melo and daughter of the late Jose and Maria de Oliveira.
Besides her husband of Fall River, she is survived by 5 children: Antonio Melo, Filomena Melo, Fatima Baptista, Anna Souza, and Olivia Medeiros all of Fall River. 2 sisters: Liliana Aguiar of Fall River and Lucia Ramos of Sao Miguel, Azores. 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
A service will take place in the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. Monday at 12:30 P.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Calling hours Sunday 6-8 P.M.
