Ms. Lillian Marie Bellerose, 90, passed away Friday May 8, at Northwood Nursing Home in Lowell.
She was born July 22, 1916 in Lowell, Massachusetts a daughter of the late Omer and Aurore (Demers)( Bellerose) Hamelin.
Lillian dedicated her life to her Catholic Faith. She enjoyed reading, she was fluent in French, attended Mass several times daily, and never spoken an ill word of anyone.
She is survived by her sister, Helen Goad of Dracut; three nieces, Cathy Fadden of Lowell, Marie Morin of Derry, N.H., and Carol Goad of Townsend; two nephews, Michael Goad of Florida and Joseph Bellerose of Medford; also many grand nieces and grandnephews, and great grand nieces and great grand nephews.
A prayer service will be held on Tuesday May 12th at the Chapel at St Joseph Cemetery in Chelmsford at 10:30am. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, memorial donations may be made in her memory to Franciscan Monastary, 1400 Quincy St NE, Washington, D.C. 20017.
