William J. Sanders, 72 of Louisville passed away Friday, May 1, 2009 at Norton Suburban Hospital.
He was a native of Breckingridge County. He was a retired maintenance supervisor with The Philip Morris Co., a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Sanders., children, Susan Aaron, William, Jr. and Charles Edward Sanders, brother, Robert Sanders.
Survived by his daughter, Sherry Hensley (Mike), 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, brothers, David and Paul Sanders, sister, Sharon Meadors.
Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M., Thursday at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 5505 Bardstown Road.
Entombment Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation 2-8 p.m., Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd
