Judith (Morrow) LaCava passed away on May 4, 2009. She was 63 years old.
Born in Stoneham, Judith attended school in Malden before moving to Medford where she lived for many years while growing up. She has also resided in Wakefield for 25 years. Judith was an employee for Mentor, a foreign exchange company in Arlington where she had worked as a clinical care associate for troubled children.
Judith was the devoted wife of the late Alfred LaCava, her husband of 25 years. She was the beloved mother of Larry McGovern Jr. of Medford, Jodi McGovern-Labrecque and her husband Derek of Wakefield and Shaun LaCava of Wakefield. Judith was the cherished grandmother of Brittni, Lindsey, Erica and Brittney. She is also survived by her loving dog Lula.
The Funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Thursday, May 7th at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph’s Church, 173 Albion Street, Wakefield at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Wednesday, May 6th from 4-8 p.m. Interment will be private.
